Delivery
- All efforts are made to meet and satisfy all paid orders. In the
event that a delivery could not be made as specified, a refund will
be given. However, refunds are not given for deliveries made to an address
that is incorrect, or where the recipient is not present. In such cases,
delivery is left with a neighbor, coworker, family member, or landlord..
- Preferred delivery time is listed as a preference on the Delivery
Information Form, however preferred time cannot always be accomadated.
If there is an absolute time by which a delivery must be made, please
state this in the comment section of the Delivery Information Form.
If an absolute delivery time has been stated on the Delivery Information
Form and delivery cannot be made by this time, a refund will be
issued..
- All "Picture Delivery" attempts are free. There are
some cases where "Picture Delivery" is unavailable. Delivery
to some institutions and business may not allow photography on the
premisis. The recipient may insist that the picture be erased, in
which case we will oblige.
