our customers next day delivery. Our florist understands
that it is often necessary to send flowers with
a limited time frame, and we try to accommodate
all orders when physically possible.
Possible Same Day Delivery Guidelines
All orders received before 8:00 a.m. Hawaii Standard
Time will be considered for delivery that same day.
If an order cannot be delivered that same day, you
will be notified as soon as it has been determined
that it cannot be done. You will then be given the
option for the next day, or a refund will be processed.
Delivery Limitations
Although we are striving to expand our network to
deliver island wide, there are still some more remote
areas that we don't deliver to. click

Return and Refund Policy
Hawaiicustomflorist.com will only deliver fresh
flowers. Due to the nature of our online business,
delivery info as well as the spelling for recipients
names are taken right from our online order forms.
If a request is made for a refund because of a misspelled
name on the floral tag, chances are it was misspelled
on the order form. A delivery address is required
and a contact number is preferred to ensure your
gift reaches the appropriate person. All attempts
will be made to ensure delivery, but we are not
responsible for undelivered gifts due to incorrect
or incomplete addresses.Mistakes made by our florist
will be evaluated for their severity and proper
recourse and reasonable compensation will be considered.
